Schedule your virtual visit in two easy steps:

1. Call us at 502-316-9425 to schedule a virtual visit or email us at info@elkhorndermatology.com.

2. A visit will be scheduled.  You will call the office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to virtually check-in to the appointment.  Then, you will receive a text message link to start your telehealth visit.
